Paying

How the bank transfer works

  1. Your billing page shows our account and your reference

    Every studio gets its own short code, like CLQ-HRPT. It never changes.

  2. You transfer, quoting that reference

    From your bank app, at the counter, however you normally pay. Put the reference in the narration.

  3. You tell us you've paid

    One button on the billing page. Your studio keeps working while we check.

  4. We confirm it against the bank

    Usually within one business day. Your paid-through date moves forward, and if you renewed early the new period is added on top — you never lose days you've paid for.

Everything works.

The next 3 days

Everything still works. A banner reminds you, and only you — your staff just see a note to mention it to you.

After that

The studio goes read-only. Every customer, measurement card, order, invoice and receipt still opens and still prints. You just can't take on new work until a transfer is confirmed.

Nothing is ever deleted for non-payment. Your customer book, measurements and order history remain yours, readable and printable, for as long as your account exists.
