Sound familiar?

The measurements are in one book.
The deposits are in another.

01

"Which book did I write her waist in?"

Measurement notebooks go missing, get wet, or come back with last year's numbers in them.

02

"How much balance is she owing again?"

Deposits are collected on WhatsApp, POS and cash, then reconstructed from memory at month end.

03

"I thought Bisi was sewing that one."

Nobody is sure which tailor has which garment, or how far along it is, until the customer calls.

04

"My assistant can see everything I earn."

The only way to let staff help is to hand over the whole book — prices, profits and all.

Made on Clothiq

Whatever your hands make

Bridal, native, ready-to-wear, uniforms, alterations — an order in Clothiq is whatever you sew, with its own fabric, its own tailor and its own deadline.

What's inside

Everything a fashion house runs on

Nine parts, built to work together. An order knows its fabric, its tailor, its measurements, its deadline and its balance — because they're the same system.

Orders

Many garments on one order, each with its own fabric, tailor, price and stage: cutting → sewing → finishing → ready. Progress and balance work themselves out.

Measurements

Over 40 named fields, inches or centimetres. Keep several dated sets per customer — "Wedding 2026", "after the diet" — and an order remembers exactly which one it was cut from.

Fabric store

Every yard in and out: bought, cut, returned, wasted. Stock is a ledger you can rebuild, not a number someone edited. Warns you before a favourite lace runs out.

Workroom

Who has what on the bench, what's late, what's still unassigned. Move a garment to the next stage with one tap.

Deadlines

Overdue, due today, due this week — the first thing you see each morning, on the phone in your hand.

Payments

Deposits, part payments, balances and refunds. Cash, transfer, POS, mobile money. Printable receipts.

Customer history

Every order, every payment, every measurement set, every fitting — one screen per customer, going back years.

Delivery

Pickup, dispatch rider or courier, with tracking and a fee that lands on the order. Marking it delivered closes the order.

Reports

Money in, what's left after fabric and labour, who owes you, your best customers, what you actually make most of.

Staff accounts

Your team sees the work.
You see the money.

Give your receptionist, your creative assistant and your workroom lead their own logins. They book customers, take measurements, assign tailors, move garments along and arrange deliveries — everything the shop needs doing.

What they never see: prices, deposits, balances, tailor fees, fabric costs, reports. Not on any screen, not on any device, not by guessing a web address. It isn't a hidden button — the figures never leave the server.

  • Unlimited staff accounts on every plan
  • Roles for front desk, creative assistant and production lead
  • Switch someone off the moment they leave

How it works

Running by this afternoon

1

Open your studio

Your name, your email, a password. That's the whole sign-up — you're inside in under a minute, with 7 days free and no card asked for.

2

Put in one real order

Add the customer, take her measurements, list the garments, set the deadline. Print the job ticket for the workroom and the invoice for her.

3

Bring your team in

Create logins for your staff. They pick up the work on their own phones — and the money stays with you.

Anywhere you work

The workroom is not a desk.

Clothiq is built for the phone in your apron first: big tap targets, no pinching, no sideways scrolling. Lists become cards, the menu sits under your thumb.

On an iPad the menu folds into a slim rail so the work gets the screen. On a laptop you get the full sidebar and side-by-side columns for the busy days.

Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app, with its own icon — nothing to download, nothing to update.

Questions

The things designers ask us first

Is my customer list private from other designers?

Completely. Every studio on Clothiq is sealed off from every other one — separate customers, orders, fabric and money. Another designer cannot see your work, search it, or reach it by guessing a web address.

Can my staff really not see prices?

Really. Staff accounts never receive money data at all: no prices, deposits, balances, tailor fees, fabric costs or reports. It's enforced on the server, so it holds even if someone goes looking for a hidden page.

What happens to my records if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. After your paid period you get 3 days' grace with everything working normally. After that the studio becomes read-only — you can still open, print and export every customer, measurement and order, you just can't take on new work until a payment is confirmed.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer. Your billing page shows our account and your own reference; you transfer, tell us you've paid, and we confirm it against the bank. No card needed at any point.

Do I need to download anything?

No. Clothiq runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Add it to your home screen and it behaves like an installed app, with its own icon.

Can I use my own currency?

Yes. Set your currency, invoice prefix, standard deposit percentage and turnaround days in Settings — invoices and receipts follow them.

What if I already have years of customers in a notebook?

Start with the customers who have work in progress, and add the rest as they come back. Most designers are running properly within a week without a big data-entry day.

Can I get my data out?

It's yours. Every customer, measurement card, job ticket, invoice and receipt prints or saves as a PDF, at any time, including while your studio is read-only.

Put this season's orders somewhere you can trust.

7 days free. No card. Your team on board by tomorrow.
